The wrestling team Qualified 6 wrestlers for the state wrestling tournament this last week. Dallan Hunsaker, Nathan Bartholomew, Isaac Bartholomew, Hayden Wilson, Ben Tobler, and Brexton Wilkerson. Below are some pictures of those that placed at State.
The wrestling team hosted the Fremont Silverwolves. The silverwolves come down looking for a little revenge. Last year the Cavemen travel to their place and pulled a huge upset. Well this year the Silverwolves flexed their muscles and won the dual 54 to 15. It was a very hard fought match, but the final results
The wrestling team traveled to Syracuse High School for the annual Syracuse Scuffle tournament. The JV and Exhibition matches were great. The team wrestled very well and 3 JV wrestlers placed in their respective brackets. Parker Sandstrom (3rd), Logan Diether (3rd), and Logan Burnham all placed (4th). There were others that wrestled very well also.
First I have to preface this with it is great to have so many new kids out for the team this year. I counted last night how many first year kids we have on the team this year. Of the 40 wrestlers on the roster, there are 17 first year wrestlers on the team. So
The Annual Battle of the Forks is a dual between Spanish Fork and American Fork wrestling teams. The 2 teams are coached by 2 brothers Eric Spencer (AF) and Kip Spencer (SF).
